Terms and Conditions

The rules for booking, paying for and taking our classes — written in plain English. Nothing here takes away your consumer rights.

Effective date: 20 October 2026 · Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Educifly Infinity LLP (“Educifly”, “we”, “us”) for the use of educifly.ai and our live one-to-one AI & coding classes (together, the “Services”). By booking a free trial, buying lessons or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Families join us from many countries. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.

1. Who we are

  • Entity: Educifly Infinity LLP

  • Registered office: WZ-151, 1st Floor, Sri Nagar Colony, Delhi – 110034, India

  • Email: richa@educifly.com

  • Phone / WhatsApp: +91 95993 32176 (Mon–Sat, 10:00am–6:00pm IST)

2. Who can use our Services

  • Parents and guardians aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live) book classes, pay, and accept these Terms on their child’s behalf.

  • Students are children aged 5–18 who take classes with their parent’s or guardian’s permission. By booking, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have their authority to book.

  • Students aged 18 may book and accept these Terms for themselves.

  • You agree to give us accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Our classes

  • Classes are live, online and one-to-one, with a mentor, on Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Our pathway has 13 levels (Levels 0–12). Each level has 12 projects. Your child moves through each level at their own pace, so the number of classes in a level varies from child to child. Classes last one hour and take place once or twice a week, at times that suit you.

  • Your child’s mentor recommends a starting level based on what your child can already do. Age ranges on our website are a guide only.

  • Your child keeps the same mentor for the whole level wherever possible. We may change the mentor for availability, quality or safety reasons, and we will tell you first.

  • At the end of each level, your child presents a final project at Demo Day. We send you progress updates along the way.

  • Classes are for the enrolled child only. Each child needs their own enrolment.

  • We may update the curriculum, projects and tools to keep them current and age-appropriate.

4. Free trial class

  • The trial is a free, 40-minute, live one-to-one class. No payment or card is needed.

  • We offer one free trial per child.

  • A parent or guardian should be present at the start of the trial and stay within reach throughout.

  • After the trial, we recommend a starting level and tell you the price. You are under no obligation to buy.

  • We may decline or reschedule a trial request, for example if the child is outside our age range or no mentor is available.

5. Scheduling and attendance

  • We agree a regular class time with you and confirm it in your local time zone. Please check class times around daylight-saving changes.

  • Please join on time. If a class starts late because the student joined late, it still ends at the scheduled time.

  • If the student has not joined 15 minutes after the start time, the class counts as missed.

  • If your mentor is late, we will extend the class or give you a make-up class.

6. Fees and payment

  • We charge per class. Classes are sold in packs and paid for in advance. Current prices are shown on our website or given to you after the free trial, always before you pay.

  • Launch prices are introductory and may rise for new purchases. A pack you have already paid for keeps its price.

  • Families outside India receive prices in their local currency after the free trial.

  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store full card details.

  • All our prices include GST where it applies; your invoice shows the taxes charged. Bank charges and currency-conversion fees are your responsibility.

  • Lessons in a pack must be used within 6 months of purchase. We will extend this if we had to cancel classes, or for genuine reasons such as illness — just ask.

  • If a new pack is not paid for, classes pause until payment is made.

7. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed classes

  • 24 hours’ notice or more: reschedule or cancel at no charge. The lesson stays in your pack.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed class: the lesson counts as used. We understand emergencies happen and may waive this at our discretion.

  • If we cancel, or your mentor misses a class: you get a make-up class at a time that suits you, at no charge.

  • Technical problems: if a class is cut short by a problem on our side, we make it up. If it is cut short by a problem on your side, such as internet or device failure, we will try to finish the class, but the lesson may count as used.

  • Holidays and exams: tell us in advance and we will pause your schedule.

8. Refunds

  • Free trial: it is free, so there is nothing to refund.

  • Unused lessons: you can ask for a refund of unused lessons in a pack at any time by emailing richa@educifly.com. We refund the per-lesson price you actually paid for each unused lesson, minus payment-processing fees.

  • Used lessons: lessons taken, or counted as used under Section 7, are not refundable.

  • How refunds are paid: to your original payment method, within 14 days of approval.

  • EU and UK families: you have the legal right to cancel a new purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start classes within those 14 days, you pay only for the lessons taken before you cancel, and we refund the rest in full.

  • If we end your classes for a reason that is not your fault, we refund all unused lessons in full, with no deductions.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

9. Safety and conduct in class

Our commitments

  • Every mentor is background-checked and trained on the Educifly pathway before teaching.

  • Mentors contact families only through official Educifly channels: the class link, Educifly email and the Educifly WhatsApp number. They never contact a student on personal social media or messaging apps.

  • Mentors never ask a child for personal information, to keep a secret, or to move to a private chat.

What we ask of families

  • You are welcome to sit in on any class. Younger children may need an adult nearby to help with the device.

  • Where possible, your child should join from a quiet, shared space at home rather than behind a closed door.

  • Students should be kind and respectful, use class tools only for class work, and never share personal details such as their address or passwords in class.

  • Please do not arrange private classes or payments with your mentor outside Educifly. Mentors are not allowed to accept them.

Raising a concern. If anything in a class worries you, tell us straight away at richa@educifly.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95993 32176. We take every safety concern seriously and may pause classes while we look into it. We may end a class or suspend access if anyone behaves in an abusive or unsafe way.

10. Class recordings

  • We record every class, as explained in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree to classes being recorded.

  • You can ask to see any recording of your child’s class.

  • You must not record, screenshot, share or publish any class, or your mentor’s image or voice, without our written permission.

11. Devices, internet and third-party tools

  • Your child needs a laptop or desktop computer (a tablet works for some early levels; we will tell you), a stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone. Headphones help.

  • Classes use third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and learning tools such as Scratch, app builders, Python environments and AI tools. These are run by other companies under their own terms, privacy policies and age rules.

  • Where a tool needs an account, the parent creates or approves it and accepts that tool’s terms.

  • We choose tools carefully and will suggest an alternative if one is not suitable for your child. We are not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of third-party tools.

12. Using AI responsibly

  • We teach children to use AI as a tool they direct, check and correct — not as a shortcut.

  • AI tools can be wrong, biased or produce unsuitable content. Mentors supervise all AI use in class and choose child-appropriate tools. Children under 13 use generative AI only through their mentor’s shared screen.

  • Students must not use what they learn or build here to break their school’s rules on AI or academic honesty.

  • Students must never type personal information about themselves or anyone else into an AI tool.

13. Your child’s projects and our materials

  • Your child’s work: your child owns the original projects they create in class. We keep copies to track progress, give feedback and confirm their level, as our Privacy Policy describes.

  • Showing projects publicly: we will show your child’s project, name, image or voice publicly — for example on our website or social media — only with your separate written permission.

  • Our materials: our curriculum, lesson plans, project templates, worksheets, videos, website content and brand belong to Educifly Infinity LLP. You may use them only for your child’s personal learning. You may not copy, share, resell or use them to teach others.

  • Starter code and templates we provide, and any third-party tools a project uses, remain the property of Educifly or their owners.

  • Third-party names: Scratch, ScratchJr, Python, Zoom, Google Meet and other tool names belong to their owners. Educifly is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

14. No guarantees

We work hard to help every child learn and enjoy it. We cannot guarantee specific results — such as school grades, competition results, admissions or careers — because progress also depends on practice, attendance and factors outside our control. Level names and age ranges are guidance only.

15. Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, including your consumer rights.

  • Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by third-party platforms and tools, internet outages or your own devices.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services that the claim relates to.

16. Stopping or suspending classes

  • You can stop classes at any time by telling us. Unused lessons are refunded under Section 8.

  • We may suspend or end the Services if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, a payment is not made, or we need to protect the safety of a child or a mentor. If we end classes for a reason that is not your fault, we refund all unused lessons in full.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, platform failures, illness, natural disasters or government action. We will reschedule affected classes as soon as we reasonably can.

18. Complaints, governing law and disputes

  • Talk to us first. Please raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer, Richa Jain, at richa@educifly.com or +91 95993 32176. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

  • Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Courts: the courts of Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live outside India, you may also bring a claim in your own country where your local consumer law gives you that right.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and tell you about important changes by email or WhatsApp before they apply to you. Changes never affect the price of a pack you have already bought.

20. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the plan details you agree to form the whole agreement between you and us.

  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

  • Transfer: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a business reorganisation, and your rights will not be reduced.

  • Language: if these Terms are translated, the English version applies.
